The Business Centre was launched under three years ago as a secondary venture by Xiros plc, a leading medical device company who has picked up an award for its outstanding levels of facilities and service.

Springfield House sits in 4.5 idyllic acres of protected habitat on the perimeter of Leeds Bradford International Airport.  The meeting rooms are sheltered from the runway and engine noise.

In October 2004, the company decided to utilise surplus space in one wing of the converted country house as a business centre and a flood of bookings ensued.  Now Corporate Times Magazine has granted the centre an award for Conferencing and Events.

The company’s commitment to staff and workplace development was rewarded when they were voted 3rd in the Sunday Times Best Small Company to Work For 2005, and this year was the only company in Yorkshire to win 3 star (Michelin style) accreditation from Best Companies.  This commitment is reflected in the service we offer at Springfield House Business Centre
